A branch is a single physical office location, or a distinct team operating under its own pipeline. Remote teams sharing one pipeline count as one branch.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
How do overage alerts work?
You receive an email alert at 80% and 95% usage. Credits and call minutes can be topped up any time from your dashboard. Unused credits roll over each month.
What are the contract terms?
Monthly plans run month to month. Annual plans are billed upfront with a 10% discount. Both can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Do you run pilots?
Yes. We offer 30-day pilot programmes for agencies with 5+ branches. Contact us to discuss scope and pricing.
How is my data secured?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with production data hosted in South Africa. We design for POPIA compliance.
