These terms govern use of the aiendome.com website and participation in the AIendome pilot programme. Use of the AIendome application is additionally governed by the agreement entered into with your agency.

The service

AIendome provides software that assists estate agencies with document processing, communication capture, compliance tracking, and transaction management. AI-generated output is assistive: agencies remain responsible for reviewing and approving data before relying on it, and compliance decisions always require human confirmation in the platform.

Pilot programme

• Pilot access is provided at no charge, by invitation, for the purpose of evaluating and improving the product on real transactions.
• Pilot features may change, be added, or be withdrawn as the programme progresses.
• Either party may end pilot participation with written notice; agency data will be exported or deleted per the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to process data you have no right to process, or to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Intellectual property

AIendome and its software, branding, and content remain our property. Agency data remains the agency's property; we process it only to provide the service.

Liability

The website and pilot are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIendome is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or pilot programme. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
