3.1 Purpose
This Data Retention Policy explains how long AIendome keeps information at the pre-development stage.
Because AIendome is not yet live as a software platform, this policy currently applies only to website, waitlist, enquiry, demo, pilot interest, and early research records.
Before AIendome processes real customer transaction data, identity documents, CRM data, call recordings, or compliance files, this policy will be reviewed and expanded.
3.2 Retention principles
We keep information only where there is a reason to keep it, avoid collecting unnecessary information, delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, keep records longer where required for legal, security, dispute, or business reasons, and limit access to people who need it.
3.3 Current retention periods
Website enquiries: kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for legal, security, or business record purposes.
Waiting list and pilot interest forms: kept for up to 24 months, unless you become a customer, ask to be removed, or we need to keep a limited record to respect your preferences.
Demo requests: kept for up to 24 months after the demo process ends, unless a commercial relationship continues.
Marketing consent and opt-out records: kept while consent remains active. If you opt out, we may keep a limited suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake.
Email correspondence: kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage the relationship, respond to enquiries, maintain business records, or resolve disputes.
Website analytics, cookie preferences, and security logs are kept according to relevant tool settings and only for a proportionate period.
3.4 What we do not currently retain
At this stage, AIendome does not retain customer transaction documents, buyer or seller files, ID documents, FICA files, AML records, CRM exports, call recordings, or live agency workflow data through the public website.
If this changes during a pilot, separate retention terms will apply.
3.5 Deletion requests
You may ask us to delete your personal information by contacting hello@aiendome.com.
We will consider the request in line with applicable law and any legitimate need to keep limited records.
3.6 Review
This policy will be reviewed before any live pilot involving real customer data.
