1.1 What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how AIendome collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information at the pre-development stage.
AIendome is not yet operating a live software platform. We do not currently ask users to upload property transaction files, identity documents, financial documents, call recordings, CRM records, or client transaction data through the public website.
If we invite an agency into a pilot programme, additional pilot terms and data protection arrangements will be provided before any real transaction data is processed.
1.2 Information we collect
We may collect your name, work email address, phone number if provided, agency or company name, job title or role, market of interest, CRM system, number of branches or offices, message content, communication preferences, and basic technical information where analytics are enabled.
We do not knowingly collect special category data through the public website.
Please do not send identity documents, bank details, property transaction files, client files, or confidential transaction information unless we have expressly agreed this with you under separate pilot or customer terms.
1.3 How we collect information
We collect information when you complete a website form, join the waiting list, request a demo, email us, respond to outreach, take part in early product research, or consent to optional cookies or analytics.
1.4 Why we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, manage demo requests, manage waiting list and pilot interest, understand market demand, improve our proposed product, communicate with potential pilot users, keep basic business records, protect the website from misuse, and comply with legal obligations where applicable.
1.5 Lawful basis
For UK users, we may rely on consent, legitimate interests, contract or steps before a contract, and legal obligation under UK data protection law.
For South African users, we process personal information where there is a lawful justification under POPIA, including consent, contract-related processing, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or another lawful basis recognised under applicable law.
1.6 Marketing communications
We may contact you about AIendome if you have asked to hear from us, joined the waiting list, requested a demo, or otherwise shown business interest in the product.
You can opt out at any time by emailing hello@aiendome.com. We will not sell your contact details.
1.7 Sharing information
We may share limited personal information with service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you, such as hosting providers, form tools, email providers, analytics providers where enabled, calendar tools, demo booking tools, and professional advisers where necessary.
We only share what is reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. We do not sell personal information.
1.8 International processing
AIendome is being developed for both the UK and South African markets. Some tools we use may store or process information outside your country.
Where international transfers are relevant, we will take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards, contractual protections, or service providers with suitable data protection standards.
1.9 Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information submitted through the website. These may include secure hosting, access controls, HTTPS, limited internal access, and careful selection of service providers.
No online service is completely secure. Please do not send highly sensitive information through website forms.
1.10 How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected. Our current retention approach is set out in the Data Retention Policy.
1.11 Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask us to delete information where applicable, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, restrict how we use information, or complain to a data protection authority.

1.12 UK and South Africa regulators
If you are in the UK, you may have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. If you are in South Africa, you may have the right to complain to the Information Regulator.
We would prefer that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
1.13 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as AIendome develops. The latest version will be published on aiendome.com.
